Thursday, Nov. 13, we wrapped up a 10 week elective, Storytelling for the New Millennium. Sixteen Shaffer students took part in the class where they were introduced to some of the ways technology is changing the way we tell stories, particularly through blogging. The class combined creative writing, photography and Internet skills, which the students used to create original pieces.
This blog is the culmination of 10 weeks of projects and might be called a Shaffer narrative. The writing and photography are all original compositions by the students, and for some of the photography, the instructor.
We hope you will scroll through and see what the students have been doing. And please leave a comment if you like what you see!
